Each year in mid-February, Holetown celebrates the anniversary of the first settlement in Barbados by hosting the annual Holetown Festival. I need to start this off by clarifying that I am not strictly vegan. I've edited this post because at the time of writing it, I still ate seafood and was considered pescetarian.
