My 90 day life coaching program for the ambitious woman who wants more out of life. The Blueprint is going to not only help you rediscover + reconnect to who you are and what you want in life but give you the tools, confidence and support needed to make it your reality.
This is for you if you’re feeling stuck, lost and lacking direction in life. If you feel like everyone else has their life “together” and you’re just out there aimlessly floating through your own life.
This is for you if you’re going through a transitional time in your life. Maybe you’ve just moved to a new city, left a relationship, graduated college, quit your job, had a birthday or just feel ready for something in your life to change.
In just 3 months you can start seeing significant change in yourself and the life you’re living. Inside the Blueprint, I guide you through what I call “The Bliss Method” – a 5 step proven structure + strategy with everything you need to see the changes you’re seeking and have them stick in the long run.

– 12 x 60 minute video calls (audio only option available). One call each week.

One Hour Life Coaching Sessions 1:1
Not able to commit to a 90 day program? Then this single session option is for you. To make the most of this option it’s best if you have a specific area, topic or question you’d like to focus on. No fluff, this is a call meant for those who are ready to dive right in. And yes, “not knowing what I want in life” is a clear enough topic for me!
Common topics covered include life clarity, career, goal planning, shifting limiting beliefs + negative self talk, developing positive habits and routines, self care, boundaries and more.
Calls will take place virtually via Zoom with the option of video call or audio-only.
