- Weekly 60 minute 1-on-1 life coaching calls. 11 calls total with the option of having an additional call in your Integration Week (at no extra cost)
- Mon – Fri WhatsApp support between calls to ask any questions, work through a problem, etc.
- Supplemental resources and trainings to support your education and integration
- Weekly homework tailored to our focus each week and actionable tools to support your growth, learning and goal achievement
- Weekly call write up sent to your email post-call to capture the highlights of our conversation
- Program Length: 12 weeks
- Calls begin: to be decided, on a case by case basis
- An Integration Week will land on your 8th week of the program
- Time commitment: 3-5 hours a week. This covers our weekly calls together, listening to the weekly recording, having time for your weekly activities and implementing the things we’re talking about

FAQs
I live outside of Canada, can I still sign up for The Life By Design Blueprint?
Absolutely! I work with clients internationally as long as we can find a time that works between our time zones.
Are calls in person or virtual?
All coaching calls will be held virtually on Zoom.
How can I make the most of this experience?
At the bare minimum, this program requires you to show up 1 hour a week for our calls. Dedicating more time each week to this program will help you make the most of it – the real transformation happens outside the calls. Feel free to show up to your calls with a glass of water, cup of tea, a notebook and a pen in case you want to write down any aha moments. Some people find it helpful to journal after their calls or to choose at least one evening a week where you carve out 60 minutes for yourself to focus on this work. Go into this experience with the intention of having an open mind and a willingness to both push yourself and be gentle with yourself along the way.
How much does The Life By Design Blueprint cost?
The financial investment is $2000 CAD for the 3 month program. If you choose the pay in full option, you’ll receive $444 off. There are 2, 3 and 4 month payment plans available. If finances are a barrier for you, please email michelle@theblissmovement.co to discuss sliding sale options.
What will the sign up process look like?
Step 1. Sign up for the waitlist
Step 2. Keep an eye on your inbox for early bird enrolment on March 27th
Step 3. On March 27th, you’ll receive an email to the early bird enrolment page where you’ll do 1 of 2 things. You’ll fill out a form that will give us both a clearer idea of what your goals are inside the Blueprint. If you have more questions before signing up, we’ll hop on a connection call to make sure you’re making an informed decision.
Step 4. Once the payment has been made, we’ll schedule our first call in April!
What happens if I can’t make one of the calls?
Life happens! If you’re sick one week or unexpected commitments came up, we can reschedule your call with no penalty fee.
I’m brand new to personal development and don’t really know what to expect. Will this be for me?
This is the perfect way to get started. The beauty of a one on one program like this is that we meet you exactly where you’re at. We move at your own pace and we have the opportunity to be flexible in our weekly conversations and focus topics. The Life By Design Blueprint will be a beautiful introduction into yourself and all that’s possible ahead of you.
I’ve read all the self help books, I listen to all the self development podcasts, I’m good with my self care and yet, nothing is changing like I wanted. Will this be different?
100% – you can read endless self help books, listen to the greatest minds on the greatest podcasts but they’re not going to change anything for you. If you don’t make the space in between all of this information, it stays just that: information taking up space in your mind. Working with a coach adds some essential pieces of the puzzle: Education + Integration, Support + Accountability. With the books, you’re getting information and education only. In the Life By Design Blueprint, you’re getting education presented in a way that relates directly to your life. You’re getting support to process that information and accountability to integrate the information. Not to mention, a trained coach to help you with one of the biggest hurdles: overcoming the things you say to yourself to keep you “safe” (but also keep you stuck).

The world needs more women who are willing to step out of their comfort zone to do what they love in life. When we show up authentically in our lives we pave the way for the women following in our footsteps to do the same.
It’s my intention in life and in this program, to do exactly that – to live my unique version of a life of bliss and to show you that you can do the same.
I know how it feels to wake up one day and realize that the life you’re living isn’t cutting it anymore. Monotonously going through the motions of a daily life that I hated, stuck in a routine of sameness, an insatiable feeling that something is missing, that there’s something more out there. It led me to travel to over 22 countries alone – searching for bliss but finding myself.
The LBD Blueprint holds all of the practices, strategies and learnings that have allowed me to not only build an unshakeable sense of self but create a life that I have love for at all times.
A certified life coach and registered social worker, I take a strengths based, trauma informed approach that offers grace for our humanness – mistakes, setbacks, bad days, bad moods and all.

Because of this, you’ll be sent a brief form that will have you expand on your intentions for wanting to join the Blueprint. I’ll ask that you fill this out in as much detail as possible – this gives you the chance to get clear on why you’re showing up for yourself in this way and gives me a better idea of if this program is going to be a genuinely beneficial match for you.
